Hyundai Veloster Punches out 708 Horsepower

2012 Hyundai Veloster from MotorAuthority.comAt the 2011 Detroit Auto Show, Hyundai unveiled the Veloster hatchback pushing 138 HP and many Hyundai fanatics were wishing for a little more and are about to get their wish.

Supposedly, at the New York Auto Show, Hyundai will unleash another version of the Veloster that clocks in 208 horsepower and 195 pound per foot of torque which is a massive increase from the hatchback version that appeared in Detroit. Many are even saying that the EPA will give it readings close to 40 miles per gallon which will be amazing considering the upgraded power specs.

Hyundai loyalists are going nuts over the possibilities of power and fuel efficiency wrapped into one sweet looking ride, but are waiting until the official specs hit the wire before getting too excited. Too late!  Send them to our Atlanta Hyundai dealers as soon as possible please.  Thank you.
